A leviathan of scales and muscle cruised silently through the ocean. Tyrannosuchas was once more on the move. He had no real territory, as he considered the entire ocean his home. Granted, other monsters did as well, but it was a price to pay. Hopefully, one day he could settle into a sea cove of his own. But for now, he was staying on the move.

With no warning or wait, the beast Carcarrion was swimming up directly below Tyrannosuchus, its jaws wide open as it swam at horrifically fast speeds, ready to crunch its teeth right into the monster's belly.

Tyrannosuchas had barely enough to time to spot the beast below him. He quikcly dived to the side as fast as he could to avoid the gaping maw of his attacker. The fish, or whatever it was, missed him by mere feet, but Tyrannosuchas knew he would come back. This was a predator, and a tenacious one at that.
Tyrannosuchas turned around to face his enemy, mouth open and roaring.

Carcarrion roared right back, barring his second row of teeth and revealing his pincir mandibles as he suddenly shot to the side and started swimming wide circles around Tyrannosuchas.

Tyrannosuchas did the same. The two kaiju swam round and round like two battling fish in a barrel. Then Tyrannosuchas struck. He rushed at Carcarrion with his right arm. He slashed at the enemy.

Carcarrion's jaws were wide open for the challenge, as Tyrannosuchas' arm came in within chomping distance of Carcarrion's closing maw.

Tyrannosuchas quickly recalled his appendage, and quickly smashed his heavy tail into Carcarrion's face, hopefully disorientating him for a second.

OOC: Keep in mind of the difference in swimming speed between the two monsters for this next one.
Carcarrion was knocked back, but soon righted itself as it started swimming around the monster, simply keeping its distance from Tyrannosuchas, as if examining it, and preparing for its next move..

Tyrannosuchas floated in the water, monitoring his enemy. These were hunting tactics, similar to the ones of the ancient Megalodon. Tyrannosuchas had encountered those vicious predators in his previous lifetime.
His only option was to wait for the fast creature's next move.

After what felt like an eternity, Carcarrion finally exploded upwards in a burst of speed after Tyrannosuchas.

The sheer speed of the monster caught Tyrannosuchas off guard as the beast slammed into him. Carcarrion took them both underwater, but Tyrannosuchas rapidly kicked his attacker away. He swam some distance away. but remained underwater. The deceiving reflection of the water surface would be a dangerous element in this battle. He kept his eyes on Carcarrion.

Carcarrion spun through the air twice before righting himself and dashing at Tyrannosuchas' side, jaws wide open.

Tyrannosuchas felt the jaws clamp onto his side. The gargantuan mouth was immensely powerful. So Tyrannosuchas returned the attack, and bit down with his own powerful, crocodile jaws. He gripped a piece of flesh on Carcarrion and tugged at it. By now, a large cloud of blood was mixing with the water. The two creatures flipped and turned in the red mire.

Carcarrion bit down as hard as he could, and at the same time, launched its harpoon tongue right into Tyrannosuchas' side. With Carcarrion's body armored from head to tail, the dammage Tyrannosuchas' jaws were creating was not as severe....

...as the elongated tongue slammed into Tyrannosuchas' side. It hit with enough force to create a small wound. Tyrannosuchas howled in pain, bubbles erupting from his mouth. Wildly, he attacked the face of Carcarrion, hoping to damage one of his eyes. He slashed madly at the armored fish's face with his sharp talons.
