Hello, I am Dr. Akira Asaguri, Professer of Kaijuology at the Japanese Kaijuology Institute. I would like to submit some theories of mine to my coligues to get their feedback before i publish them. please, i invite you to debate these theories as you would.
First i have a theory as to how King Ghidorah's Gravity beams work. firstly, i think the term 'Gravity' is a misconception. the beams have no gravitational properties. after reveiwing the data of King Ghidorah's fights against Godzilla, i have to say that they greatly resemble static electricity. my theory is that Ghidorah's many overlaping scales rub together as it moves, creating a static charge. the scales are also capible of retaining a large amount of static charge without discharging. Ghidorah's siliva has been tested and was found to be more acidic than that of most animals, leading me to beleive that his mouth acts like a battery, storing up a laege charge, then when the charge grows too big, it discharges. the yellow bolts seem to move forthe nearest strong electromagnetic feild or conductor, which further supports my theory.
Now, the debate is open. there will be more theories to come.

Doctor Asuragi, my name is Docotr John Young. You claim that Ghidorah's beams are of an elecrical nature and posses no gravitational properties. How then does this explain the gravitational effects that the beams displayed when King Ghidorah was brought to Earth by the Garoga army in 1973 to challenge the hero Zonefighter. Clearly the beams where shown to lift objects.

((Dangit goji, ah well.)
Dr. Asuragi, adding to the gravity factor: what of the M-mutated Ghidorah brought by the Xailians back in 2004? Monster X and Kaizer Ghidorah were clearly able to control gravity as well as use the standered slicing beams.

(i'm actually not up on my Zonefighter... is that part of the Godzilla timeline or on a seperate one. if it's seperate then it's not the canon King Ghidorah.)
For the second part, i do have an answer. Kaiser Ghidorah and King Ghidorah are two different species of kaiju all together. My guess is that when monster X was over-infused with M-base by the Xillians, he further mutated into a more advanced form. the resembelance to Ghidorah only further proves Ghidorah's evolutionary superiority. Ghidorah's origins are varied, ranging from a prehistoric creature to the genetic creation of men from the future and irradiated much like Godzilla, to the result of alien gene splicing and mutating. because the end result in each very different circumstance was a ghidorean, it leads me to beleive that the Ghidorean form is a very advanced state of evolution. given the right amount of accelleration it is likely that other creatures would become Ghidoreans as well. perhaps in another ten thousand years we ourselves will have evolved to that level. andyways, i digress. Kaiser Ghidorah's attacks differ because his origins differ. just as Godzilla's attacks differ from those of Biollante's even though they are in essence the same creature. to clarify my previous statements, i was referring to the King Ghidorah that attacked Japan in 1992. The Ghidorah that attacked in the 1960's and 70's was an entirely different kaiju. to avoid futher confusion lets designate these Ghidorah's
the Ghidorah from the mid 20th century will be called Ghidorah. the one from 1992 will be named King Ghidorah, and the one from the early 21st century will be called Kaiser Ghidorah. there were a handful of other incarnations that were dispatched by Mothra Leo as well. the one that existed eons ago in the cretatious period will be called cretatious Ghidorah. the black ghidorah will be called DesGhidorah, and the very powerful one that was defeated by Armor Mothra will be named Grand Ghidorah. there has only been one Ghidorean known in history to fight on the side of mankind. this one will be called Guardian Ghidorah. any other questions?

Um, excuse me, but I have had the pleasure of researching Kaiser Ghidorah's remains and have found that he is a normal Ghidorah, like the one from the sixties and seventies. The reason for his change is simply because the aliens infused him with the M-Base. I would like to ask you why Monster X's beams were red when the other's were yellow.
Also, withe godzilla's nuclear breath, he has fired it around the world many times, and people have been extreamly close to it. Yet there has been no ill effects. Do you have a theory regarding it?

If I may... in essence, Godzilla's beams have tended to be rays of searing heat, and not blasts of radiation as others have theorized.

well, Dr. Jackson, heat is a form of radiation in it's self. so you are incorrect. the beam is made exclusively out of radiation. additionally, the reason why no persons near Godzilla's ray have been diagnosed with radiation poisening is because the heat of the ray is so intense that it overshadows the deadly radiation in the core of the beam. the higher wavelengths are concentrated in the middle of the ray, in the area that transcends visible light. the lower wavelengths of heat are around the outer edges of the beam. simply put, anyone close enough to the beam to receive radiation poisening would be incinerated moments later by the heat.
How do you figure that Kaiser Ghidorah was the same species as Ghidorah? it mutated from a more humanoid form, suggesting my accelerated evolution theory. perhaps they have similar DNA because the mutation process happened in a similar way. and even if i am wrong, you answered your own question, Doctor. Kaiser Ghidorah was mutated my M-base. as we'v seen different sources of mutation lead to different outcomes. Godzilla, Daemon, and Pheonix Godzilla all started off as similar dinosaurs. Godzilla was mutated with atomic radiation, Daemon with Gamma radiation, and and Pheonix with Plasma radiation. this produced very different outcomes with very different appearences and abilities. why wouldn't the sam be true for Ghidoreans?
