The flame had sped down faster the the boulder, but it alerted Shrike of the incoming attack too late. The flame had melted his outer layers of armor again, and the boulder crashed down upon it with a splat. A pool of silvery metal, spread from underneath the boulder and appeared to seep into the Earth. However it couldn't be seen whether the creature was simply resting under the ground in that location or if it was retreating.

Sirrush seeing the creature seeping into the earth stayed airborne, keeping up his jet of flame on the ground below till it was sorched.

OOC: Yeah
IC: After a few minutes it was apparent that the golem had left to heal himself and renew his melted armor.

(just a few more bits n pieces to finish up)
Sirrush landed now that the threat had passed, He looked over to the fallen Shadow Roc and slapped him back into conciousness, growling at he turned his attentions back to the undead army, his eyes fixed on Brutalis.
"Report!" He commanded

Shadow Roc rose to his feet, the golem, however mindless it was, must have felt some pain. His wing popped back into a whole bone and he looked Sirrush, the much larger black dragon towering above him.
"Sirrush, I need your help, I wish to help you in your quest to destroy human civilization, but I have two request, the first of which I'm sure you can guess."

Sirrush faced Shadow Roc, his eyes narrowed.
"You are not as stupid as what I first thought if you seek my aid. But you must be worthy of fighting by myside, no compasion, no mercy to man or kaiju, even if they are a child."
He moved towards Shadow Roc covering him in shadow. The dragon gave him a smile that sent a shiver down his spine.
"Make your requests, if it pleases me to do so I shall see them happen"

"My first request was just denied, but my second..."
A sharp, toothy grin slowly appeared on Shadow Roc's face as images of what he with to do filled his mind,
"I wish to kill that white Dragon, Daegre."
Shadow Roc made a half bow, still starring at Sirrush, waiting for a response.

Sirrush was pleased that this kaiju bowed before him, it brought back memories of the height of his power.
"Feel free to be the one to sap the life from his still beating heart. But first we must rally those who would stand by our side. The "Dragon King" out numbered us last time but next time we shall take them down, ambush them one by one."
An idea struck him
"Concerning your first request, if you could bring the child in line with our way of thinking, if you could manage that, you could mold it into a formidable weapon. The sweet irony in destroying those who would stand against us with one of their own has its appeal no?"

Shadow Roc was discouraged by that last statement, but that was indeed what Daegre must of been doing with Froria... He nodded his head in agreement, not wanting to lose such a powerful ally.
"Concerning allies, I have met a space beast, he has said he has killed countless planets far beyond our numbers, he agreed to help. Perhaps... spreading out will help us make allies. I will scout out for Froria, the space monster is surly making alliances as we speak, and you can continue what you were doing."
Shadow Roc stared behind Sirrush at the horde of rotting corpses.
"I think those numbers speak for themselves. However, we will need far more then that to take on even that 'king' as he calls himself."

Sirrush glaced to the zombie army "They are but the first of a greater host, they are to deal with the human's. I intend on carving an empire."
Returning his attention to Shadow Roc. "Your search for... Froria... is too soon, if you go alone and rush into this, you will face Daegre and you will surely fall before him. I will meet with this "space beast" once I have spoken with my general."
Suddenly grabbed Shadow Roc's wing. "Make sure that you are the one doing the corrupting, I you side with the child over us, I will feast upon your still living flesh for centuries to come!"

"You have no need to worry in that department my friend, I assure you."
With that, Shadow Roc spread his wings and left, the night was slowly ending and he could see the first bits of daylight, perhaps further east would offer more allies? He slowly headed for Japan, taking in the beauty of the sunrise.

((OOC: Whoops! Diving back in the thread.))
Brutalis stood at ease, as Sirrush's attention returned to him.
"Milord. Our numbers have amassed greatly, but Faer does not believe we are yet ready to take Rome. I suggest we return to army to Faer, and begin the construction of your fortress."

"Agreed, I have an artifact and a mission for him to undertake." Sirrush said revealing the Mask of Deciet that had remain tucked under one of his scales "The construction of the fortress will now be required to not only serve as my den but a haven for others who share my vision."

"Of course, milord." Brutalis said, bowing his head. He then turned his head back to the army, shouting commands and orders, and the massive flock of zombies turned and began to head back towards the Alps, where Faer waited.
